Funerals and Arrangements
The Caretaker must be notified at least twenty-four hours in advance of a funeral to allow time to prepare the grave.
When an interment follows a Sunday or Legal Holiday, forty-eight hours notice is required.
The Caretaker shall accept orders for opening all graves, locate the proper grave space, keep proper records of each burial and of the grave spaces on each lot, and report to the Cemetery Board for entry on its records.
The Member of his/her representative shall direct the Caretaker as to which grave space to open.
Interment of more than one body in the same grave is prohibited, except in the case of an infant child and mother.
Interment of any body other than that of a human being will not be permitted.
Two cremation burials will be allowed in one grave space, provided an appropriate monument is used.
Three cremation burials will be allowed in one grave space subject to the same provisions of other cremation burials. This rule applies to only Sections A (except south portion of A), B, C, D, E, and F.
The cremation burial of a family member will be allowed in the same lot of another family member subject to the same provisions of other cremation burials
