Lot Owners and Perpetual Maintenance
Sales of lots and Perpetual Maintenance are the principal means for acquiring grounds and the upkeep and care of the Cemetery. No lots will be sold without Perpetual Maintenance. Perpetual Maintenance will be collected along with the grave opening fees by the Funeral Director on any lots where Perpetual Maintenance has not been previously paid.
The sale of lots or subdivision of lots by a Member of will not be permitted.
All sales of lots or subdivision of lots must be made by the Cemetery Association.
The Cemetery Association shall have the right to buy back any part of a lot that the owner may desire to sell, provided such purchase shall be deemed by the Board of Trustees to be in the best interest of the Cemetery Association.
The Board of Trustees may take back part of a lot in exchange for unpaid Perpetual Maintenance.
A Burial for anyone other than the immediate family must have the written consent of the Members or their heirs.
