Lots in Sections A, B, C, D, E and F consist of twelve grave spaces and are sold in quarter, half or full lots. Also available in single spaces.
Lots in Sections G, H and the south section of A consist of eight grave spaces and are sold in quarter, half or full lots. Also available in single spaces.
The term "Memorial" shall include a monument or marker, shall be of granite or other approved stone, and shall extend above the surface of the ground.
The Caretaker shall be in charge of funeral processions upon reaching the Cemetery
No interment, disinterment, inurnment or service shall be permitted on Sunday or any of the following holidays: NEW YEAR'S, MEMORIAL DAY, FOURTH OF JULY, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING or CHRISTMAS.
All burials must be made in a concrete, metal, fiberglass or stone vault.
The Cemetery grounds shall be open at all times; however, the grounds will be closed for visitation after dark.
Metal funeral markers will be removed after one year.
Vases, new or replaced, are to be on the north or south side of monuments.
If a Member's monument needs to be moved to make room for a grave opening it will be at his/her expense.
The Caretaker shall have the authority to remove all floral designs, flowers, weeds, trees, shrubs or herbage of any kind from the Cemetery as soon as, in the judgment of the Caretaker, they become unsightly or detrimental or do not conform to the standards maintained.
The Cemetery Association will not be liable for lost, broken or damaged floral pieces, baskets, vases or plants.
The Cemetery Association reserves the right to regulate the decorating of lots, so that a uniform beauty may be maintained.
No flowers, plants, trees or shrubs may be planted on any Cemetery grounds, including any lot of ownership.
